Drag the box to move it, or drag a gold corner to resize. Fit the face inside the dashed oval: chin near the lower line, top of head near the upper line.
This tool crops and sizes your photo. It can't check the background, lighting or expression, so compare with the official rules before you submit.
How to use it

- Add your image and position it in the box.
- Download the JPEG and upload it to the OCI portal.
Questions
What are the OCI photo requirements?
A square JPEG between 200 × 200 and 900 × 900 pixels, up to 200 KB, with the face covering about 80% of the photo on a plain light, non-white background. Some missions set stricter rules, so check yours.
What about the signature?
Sign on white paper, photograph it, choose OCI signature and crop tightly. It's saved as a 900 × 300 px JPEG, matching the 1:3 shape required.
Why was my photo rejected?
Common reasons are a white or patterned background, shadows, the face being too small, or glasses glare. Retake the photo and try again.
Is my photo uploaded?
No. It's processed on your device and never sent to us.
